John has been absolutely wonderful and professional in helping us deal with the mold that we had in our HVAC closet due to a leak. I had called three different people to help us take care of the issue and he is the only one that got back to me and he did so very quickly. He is truly knowledgeable about mold remediation, all the state regulations/codes, and household repairs. He worked with us to come up with the best solution and time frame while being concious of our budget. He went above and beyond to make sure that during the whole process no mold spores would get in any other rooms, the area was thoroughly cleaned, repaired, and replaced with the best materials to prevent the potential for any future issues, and the best methods to protect the health of anyone living in the house. Any questions or concerns we had were thoroughly answered or talked through so were were at ease and comfortable through the whole process. I would highly recommend John and he is without a doubt the first person I would call if we ever have an issue with mold, air quality, or other damage to our place.
